EMRA is a non-profit organization based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) dedicated to supporting creators in the arts and music sectors. This Policy applies to personal information we process when you:

  • Register for or attend EMRA programs, workshops, or events;

  • Professional materials, such as portfolio links, samples of work you choose to provide, or other publicly available professional information relevant to your use of our Services.
     

  • Purpose of Collection:
    We collect and process this information to create and maintain your professional profile; verify and categorize your creative role; enable participation in our platform’s features; match you with relevant opportunities; and personalize your experience based on your professional background.
     

  • Membership & Program Data: application forms, eligibility proofs, membership tier, participation history, workshop registrations, feedback.
     

  • Rights-Related Data (if applicable): repertoire lists, metadata, agreements you submit, or other documents needed to support EMRA programs.
     

  • Communications: inquiries, support requests, correspondence.

By attending EMRA events, you may be present in photos or video captured for documentation and awareness.

11. User-Generated Content & Portfolios

If you submit works, metadata, or portfolio links, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share them with EMRA. We will use such materials only for the relevant EMRA program/process and in accordance with this Policy.
